Other interpretations:

• One thing of note is that 花 is girl, and 草 is boy (as in 校花，校草）, then, this also means a very prosmiscuous bi-sexual person, who plays with both boys and girls, grasses and flowers.
• One more interpretation is that the act of disturbing the flower is to annoy the grass.
