How come none of these guys ever said...

'I was on the rocks with my gf, and it came with a scotch on the rocks.'

or

'well, we were in the sack, and right when I was about to climax, this idea came to me... Of course, the consequent intercourse was coitus interruptus, so to speak, but she forgave me..., eventually'


or, more likely

'well, I was wankering off one day, and ..., well, and it just came" (to me...)
